KPIs / Dashboards

• Run InSight KPIs raw data queries monthly, make basic controls with InTouch data, compute the countries data in excel,
• Build up the Regions KPIs Summary Scorecard monthly, as well as the Service Operations Excellence Scorecard,
• Issue the ITB Installed Base mapping on a yearly basis.
• Generally, extract data and provide explanatory analysis and presentations answering to regions’ questions or LOB investigations,
• Participate to calls with LOB and Regions and provide data analysis input
• Place the Requisition and check the Supplier Invoice
• Analyze the Disposition report, and work with the country for the update of Intouch
• Follow the call back of dissatisfied customers with Insight report, and communicate with the zone to complete all the call-back. Train the user on how to update correctly Intouch for the call-back.
• Analyze specific case. Improve training. Promote the training guide to the user.
