This position will manage the mutualized team to reach a higher quality CCC shared service. It will also be responsible in leading the ONE CCC project for SEA
Responsibilities:
Work with SEA countries to make the mutualization and regionalization plan.
Identify and mitigate all the risks, ensure a quality move.
To build a best-in-class CCC by implementing ONE CCE process.
To build a strong competence CCC team with clear development plan and career path.
To reach a higher level customer satisfaction, SLA and maintain a good KPI trend.
Leverage all the shared facilities and resources with hosting manager.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of any course
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have strong leadership and influencing skills
5-8 years of management experience in a contact center or shared service environment
Must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite and must be willing to travel within SEA countries
