Position: Customer Care Manager

 
 

Purpose: 

This position will manage the mutualized team to reach a higher quality CCC shared service.  It will also be responsible in leading the ONE CCC project for SEA


Responsibilities: 

  • Work with SEA countries to make the mutualization and regionalization plan.

  • Identify and mitigate all the risks, ensure a quality move.

  • To build a best-in-class CCC by implementing ONE CCE process.

  • To build a strong competence CCC team with clear development plan and career path.

  • To reach a higher level customer satisfaction, SLA and maintain a good KPI trend.

  • Leverage all the shared facilities and resources with hosting manager.

     

Requirements: 

  • Must be a graduate of any course
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have strong leadership and influencing skills
  • 5-8 years of management experience in a contact center or shared service environment

  • Must be willing to work in Rosario, Cavite and must be willing to travel within SEA countries
