IPO Project Manager

Purpose:

This position is responsible in managing IT projects following the structured project management methodology, templates and tools. This will also be responsible in managing portfolio of IT projects within South East Asia.

Responsibilities:

Responsible in project discussion, planning, prioritization, executions, monitoring and control with the support from PMO
This will also be responsible in project scope / cost management, risk management and stakeholder management
Develop, present & prepare project charter and project management plans
Analyze business requirement and develop project scope, user & functional specification, schedule and cost
Perform configuration, functional testing and user acceptance test
Monitor and control the project deliverables
Effectively use various standard tools & templates, throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Applications / Management; certification in project management will be an advantage
Working knowledge of IT project management in a SAP environment related projects
Strong exposure in financial systems / software
Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment
