Position: Sales Engineer - Davao

Purpose:

To create / extend product offer coverage of Energy Efficiency within Mindanao area. This will also be responsible in managing / monitoring the sales and promotions done with the distributors, dealers and contractors.

Responsibilities:

To cover the Energy Efficiency products that includes but not limited to LV, MV, transformers, switchgears and etc.
To define & to develop strategy for targeted accounts; know market trend, new investments & opportunities for business growth.
To establish strong relationship with the end-users and providing advanced solutions
To draw up a business plan for each targeted market segment and define growth areas and specific action plans.
Ensure that the monthly / annual sales objectives are met

Requirements:

Must be an Electrical Engineer or Electronics & Communications Engineer
Must have at least 3 years of successful selling experience covering the Energy Efficiency accounts
Must have good sales, people and presentation skills.
Must be a team player, goal oriented and success driven.
Must be of good morale character
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Davao
