This position supports Services Operation Manager in managing activity & resource planning as well as coordinate with both customer and other internal function to ensure FSE perform on site as per commitment plan to customer.
Responsibilities:
Prepare activity plan and resource scheduling
Create and manage service cases and activities (In Touch) for FSE and service partners
Monitor and ensure closure of field service job requests
Coordinate and schedule appointments with customers
Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree in any Business related courses
1-2 years customer support experience
Experience in Siebel or any CRM tools will be an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications
Must be organized and detail - oriented
