Position: Sr. Business Analyst

Purpose:  

• To provide business and SAP functional competencies and skills, related to SAP Finance modules and related technologies like EDI, Readsoft, scanning, etc.

• To manage Change Request / Projects and bring business benefits & value to the operation

• To provide IT services to the Business and drive Service Level of IT providers (External / Internal)

Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for project discussion, planning, prioritization and execution with the support from PMO

• Analyze business requirement and develop user & functional specification

• Perform configuration and functional testing

• Ensure go live preparation

• Work closely with vendor and business users to review, update and map to the current business process and system configuration

• Ensure all change request, are documented and measured

• Provide functional support to project team in other countries on project roll out / applications enhancement, implementation or problem/issues whenever required

• Analyze specific case. Improve training. Promote the training guide to the user.

Requirements: 

• University degree in Financial accounting / computer applications; certification in SAP will be an advantage
• Business functional experience in Finance accounting (AR, AP, GL) related to a large SAP environment
• Knowledge of SAP business process on Finance & Control, Commercial and Supply Chain
• Highly computer literate (MS Office applications) & first rated in oral and written communication skills
