Sr. Supply Chain Manager

To contribute to the growth and profitability of the company, the Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and management of the supply chain process.   

Responsibilities:  

• Establish and implement directions and standard operating procedures for inventory control to conform to both long and short range finished goods requirements of the manufacturing operations

• Plan and maintain all categories of inventory to meet business requirements  ensuring that they are within target inventory turnover and investment objectives.

• This position is responsible for the preparation and successful implementation of the production  plan in accordance with the right product mix and quantity to optimize capacity and meet customer orders.

• This initiative includes the responsibility of overseeing the company’s import and export activities to ensure compliance to company and government standards and regulations on order processing, timely release, and delivery of shipments - inbound and outbound.

• Continuously review and recommend changes in the supply chain processes; contributes to the company’s cost improvement goals; drive and implement related projects to supply chain which includes  process development, methods and systems improvement. 

• This role focuses in developing a clear strategy for end-to-end supply chain processes comprehending corporate and regional strategic directions around business dynamics, emerging markets and business-to-business (B2B) initiatives to promote a connected  supply chain.
